Our passion centers around caring for families and individuals by encouraging stable healthy relationships, building self-esteem, providing opportunities to find biblical solutions to everyday on-going problems, and helping individuals see themselves how God sees them and reach their God-given destiny.

WHAT WE DO
Our Pastor teaches us the importance of living life in hope and standing in faith. She teaches us to live intentionally, not perfectly, and to receive the blessings of Heaven every day. We are reminded that, yes, we all fall short. But, God! He knows and His desire for us is to grow to make better choices in faith as we mature in Him.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH

We offer Children's Church during the Sunday Worship service.
FOOD PANTRY
Our food pantry is a community-based program that collects and safely stores food and household products for free distribution to low-income and needy members of the community. Please let us know if you, or someone you know, are in need.
CLOTHES CLOSET
We collect clothing donations from church and community members. We have clothing and shoes to meet the needs of men, women, and children. Please let us know if you, or someone you know, are in need.
PASTOR'S CORNER
Closer Look Ministries was founded in 2004. Our Senior Pastor, Dr. Mystique VanOLinda Phillips (Dr. MVP) was ordained in 2006. She has been ministering (preaching, teaching, and actively warring) for over 13 years. She was appointed as Senior Pastor in January 2019. Dr. MVP is a teacher, and she teaches the practical application of the Word of God. She teaches a mature word for those who are looking to attain to God's purpose for themself, their family, and their generations.
